Shipping policy

thanks for checking out our shop. we’re a small diy label based in nyc, running everything in-house with a tiny team. we started music website in 2023 to support some of our favorite underground artists and bring their music into the physical realm. depending on how busy things are, shipping times can vary — but we always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

with ongoing tariffs, import costs, and inflation, shipping can be unpredictable — especially overseas. we try to keep prices fair and compete with the big stores, but sometimes we have to adjust to cover the real cost of making the vision come to life.

every order helps keep this project going and supports artists directly. one lp purchase generates nearly the same revenue as roughly 5,000 streams, so your support really makes a difference. as we grow, we hope to offer more shipping options, faster turnaround, and better support.

most orders ship within 1–3 business days, though some may take up to 5 days to process and another 2–5 days for delivery. we ship via usps media mail, ground advantage, or ups ground, and all u.s. orders include tracking. thanks for your patience and support — every order helps us keep this project going.

to keep costs down, international orders ship from our partner warehouse in the u.k. most go out within 3 business days, though restocks can take longer. delivery usually takes about a week, but please allow up to two weeks depending on customs and local delivery speeds.

please make sure your shipping address is correct and written in roman characters (a–z, 0–9). if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll need to charge for re-shipping.

international customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their local postal service. we can’t control or pre-pay these charges.

we’re still refining our international setup and doing our best to keep shipping affordable for fans and sustainable for us (shipping directly from the u.s. often costs more than the record itself). if you have any issues, email support@music-website.com.

pre-orders can take anywhere from 6–8 weeks to ship. we do our best to keep pre-order windows short, but manufacturing and shipping timelines can vary. thanks for your patience — these projects are often made to order, and every copy helps support the artist and label directly.

all apparel is printed, tagged, and dyed in-house at our hq in queens, ny. we mostly use la apparel blanks — made in the usa by workers earning a living wage. we care about quality and longevity, not cutting corners. each piece is treated more like a small-batch product than mass merch.

most orders ship within 1–5 business days, but since we print everything ourselves, timing can vary. if we hit a snag on press or need to reprint, it can take up to two weeks. thanks for being patient — it’s worth it.
