Refund policy

All sales are final. However, we do accept returns if you receive a damaged or defective item. If that's the case, email chris [at] music-website [dot] com. We will likely ask you to send us photos of any damage or defects and the packaging (so we can file a claim).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
